Morning Dew - Organic

This Chinese green tea is similar to Japanese greens in it's full-bodied and vegetal flavor, but a little softer and featuring refreshing hints of melon. Our Morning Dew comes from Zheijiang China around an altitude of 3,000 feet. The leaves are a deep, almost blueish green and steep into a butter-yellow liquor.

For best results, heat water to around 185-195 degrees F, however, this tea is hard to ruin. Many green teas are easily over-steeped, giving them a bitter tannin heavy flavor, but this Morning Dew is a little more forgiving which makes it a perfect tea for those just beginning their green tea journey.
